So there I was... the civilian contract Tactical Dietitian for the Army and Army National Guard. It was the dream job. Now I have taken everything I have learned from my Soldiers and built Asparagus & Gold Nutrition Consulting. I created this practice to be one of your sources for credible tactical nutrition information from a Registered Dietitian. I was surprised to learn that some branches do have Holistic Health and Fitness teams, or H2F teams, with Dietitians, but many still do not yet. There is a critical need for more nutrition care within the military.
