Patrik Baboumian is one of the strongest men in history. He can bench 210kg, squat 360kg, and deadlift 360kg. He trains for hours four days a week and consumes over 350 grams of protein per day. He has been vegan since 2011, after many years of eating a vegetarian diet. His diet consists of a variety of smoothies, vegan sausages and burgers, falafel, tofu, nuts, and a lot of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

Advice that he gives to athletes is to try a vegan diet for four weeks and see how you feel. More often than not, people feel the positive difference and stick with it.
